After reaching 1 million users with its 2019 cookstove, Koko developed the Next Gen model to fix real-world usability issues and optimize for massive scale. The redesign focused on Resolving User Pain Points & Elevating the user experience. Field data highlighted the need to fix flame cut-off issues for consistent heat, upgrade CMF for longer material life, redesign the exterior for easier cleanability & improved aesthetic appeal.
