Sketchbook
Ocelli is a modular, split-design Bluetooth speaker system that features two detachable speaker halves and a central magnetic charging pod with an interactive display. Winner of the Consumer Prize at the 6th SHAPL Design Contest and published on platforms like Yanko Design and Trendhunter, the project sets a new standard for versatile, multi-use audio devices.

Inspired by the cleave separating the eyes of a bee, the form was intentionally designed to evoke friendliness and convenience while offering three distinct use cases: a single cohesive unit, two individual portable speakers, or a separated multi-room listening setup.
design
Designed with a central metallic charging pod that binds the two mesh speakers together using strong magnetic rings. Integrated a sleek touchscreen display on the front of the charging hub to easily showcase the current music track, charging status, a clock, or incoming calls, ensuring the product looks at home on any modern desk.
